Delete your Nudglow account

You can delete your Nudglow account at any time. Deletion is free, does not require the app, and works the same whether you signed in with Google or any other method.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@nudglow.com from the address associated with your Nudglow account with the subject Delete my Nudglow account. If that address no longer works, write to support@nudglow.com and we will verify you another way. We confirm completed deletions by email.

What deletion does

• All your server sessions are signed out and revoked immediately.
• Your Google sign-in link, account identifier and any stored email or profile name are removed.
• Your credit balances, reservations, ad-reward history and remaining credits are erased. Credits have no value outside the service and are not refundable on deletion; an active Google Play subscription must be cancelled in Google Play separately.
• Your anonymized purchase and financial journal entries (amounts and dates, with no identifier linking them to you) are retained for up to 24 months for accounting and fraud prevention, as described in the privacy policy.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
